Brian F. Reddy

Mr. Reddy is a patent attorney with extensive professional experience as a chemist working in the fields of environmental remediation and industrial wastewater treatment technology. His practice includes patent application preparation and prosecution, patent clearance and infringement analyses, and IP due diligence investigations. Mr. Reddy also assists clients with trademark clearance assessments and trademark prosecution, drawing on his experience with maintaining a large international trademark portfolio for a S&P 500 company.
 

Mr. Reddy represents utility patent clients in a wide variety of technologies, including polyurethane catalysts, polyurethane coatings and foam, powder coatings, epoxy resins, adhesives, building materials, consumer electronic devices, packaging materials and containers, furniture, confectioneries, industrial burners and furnaces, industrial gas generation and pharmaceutical compositions.
 

Mr. Reddy is a former Business Editor of the Rutgers Law Review. While completing his legal training, Mr. Reddy served as an extern at the USPTO and in the technology transfer office of a major public research university.
